Artwork proofs (when needed) are usually ready within 24 hours. Handcrafting and engraving typically take 7–10 business days, then 1–3 days express delivery across India depending on pincode.

Yes. We ship prepaid orders across India via Shiprocket partners. Enter your pincode on the product page for an estimate. Free shipping thresholds may apply on eligible orders.

Use Track Your Order on the site with your order ID / AWB once dispatched. You will also receive dispatch updates by email (and WhatsApp when enabled).

Personalized / engraved pieces are made to order and generally cannot be returned for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a free replacement — see our Personalization & Returns policy.

Message us on WhatsApp (+91 7349609990) within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a remake / replacement as per policy.
